Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total balance. A $5 processing fee will be added at the time of payment. ADD-ONS: Please include all desired add-on services when booking to ensure proper scheduling and preparation. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS for the remaining balance: Cash Zelle Stripe HAIR PREPARATION Hair must be at least 2-3 inches in length. If shorter, please text a recent photo to 202-848-7518 prior to booking. Fresh trims are discouraged for optimal results. Hair must be thoroughly washed, detangled, and blow-dried straight from roots to ends before your appointment. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling or a detangling fee. Positive vibes only-good energy is a must! CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled once within the same month, and must be done within 48 hours of booking. Downgrading to a lower-cost service is not permitted without paying the original service amount in full. If you cancel your appointment on the same day it is booked, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be required to pay the full service amount upfront in order to rebook. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment (including emergency/same-day bookings) will incur a 75% service charge, applied to your account. LATENESS POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that: 16-29 minutes late: A $30 late fee will be added. 30 minutes late: A $65 late fee will be applied. 35 minutes or more: Your appointment will be canceled and charged in full (100%).
